RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICIES
STOCK ORDERS: Stock merchandise orders will be accepted for full refund up to 72 hours after delivery. Refund will be issued after inspection of merchandise returned. Delivery fee will not be returned, and an additional delivery fee will be charged to pick-up item being returned.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are being manufactured especially for you. Special orders require a 20% deposit when order is placed. 20% deposit is kept as restocking fee if canceled. No returns or exchanges, unless damage is noted at time of delivery or pick-up.
MATTRESSES: If your mattress has a sleep comfort guarantee, we will exchange your mattress if it falls within the stated manufacturer’s return window.
If mattress is returned and no replacement is selected, a $350 restocking fee will be charged. When selecting, you may choose any mattress we carry. If the replacement is less than the original purchase, an in-store credit will be given. Adjustable bases, foundations and box springs are not returnable.
PILLOWS: Pillows are non-returnable. If you received “free” pillows with the purchase of a new mattress, and mattress is returned, pillows will be charged at full price.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items are as-is. Some clearance items carry NO manufacturer warranty (see salesperson). There are no exchanges or refunds on clearance items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
LAYAWAY POLICIES
10% down to hold up to 30 days. Must be paid in full prior to 90 days or 10% restocking fee will be retained unless arrangements have been made with sales staff.
